Job Role:
Attend all the guest calls & Answer all calls politely , also should be thorough with extensions and be able to efficiently transfer calls with prior intimation.
Receive guests warmly and check for food and beverage requirements and co-ordinate with F&B supervisor for the same
Conduct Daily co-ordination meeting with all staff and allocation of duties respectively
Maintain daily record of all incoming calls and messages if any
Also maintain a daily record of visitors with time in and time out and purpose of visit
Maintain a schedule of daily house meetings and co-ordinate with respective department
Co-ordinate with building management supervisor for daily maintenance related issues and upkeep of the building.
Co-ordinate with chauffeurs for various pick-up and drops & baggage assistant
Co-ordinate with security supervisors for any additional arrangement during important events
Co-ordinate and ensure timely payment of all household bills
To keep an update of all Printing & stationary requirement and update it in the system
