One of our client, FMCG Mfg. Co. for Kids Items, are looking for Franchise Manager for various locations like Ahmedabad, Surat, Jaipur and Punjab respectively.

Designation- Franchisee Manager

Location: Surat, Jaipur, Ahemadbad, Punjab

Education :UG PG

Experience: 0 to 4 Years

Salary- 1.8 lac to 3.5 lac

Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities

Franchisee Manager will be responsible for planning and managing the franchising business of Company. They will be responsible for developing franchising opportunities and for offering continuous support to franchisees, to ensure the overall success of the franchiser as well as the franchisee.

Handling And promoting the franchisee business , look perspective investors present them franchisee model and look into all operational inquiries of existing franchisee. Make sure monthly franchisee royalty is calculated and credited to company on time.

To continuously keep a track on competitors and their activities and as well track their market development strategies.

A franchise manager should have good verbal and written communication skills to convey the business strategy to new franchisees. S/he should have strong leadership skills to manage franchise owners. The manager should be skilled in the particular policies and procedures of the franchise field.

Identify and research potential markets to launch new franchisee and advise of new opportunities.

Identify and locate potential franchisee in the selected markets: discovering and exploring opportunities.

Screen potential franchisee by analyzing investment requirements, franchisees potential, and financials, franchisee experience and vision

Finalize the deal with franchisee by negotiating terms and conditions of each franchisee agreement

Responsible for the launch and development of the franchisee as per the agreed terms and conditions.
