Must have superb diplomatic and persuasive communication, social and interpersonal skills.

The role of the Franchise sales manager is to make calls to the prospective franchise and generate sale for the business.

Setting up new franchise.

Great Presentation skills, with the ability to analyze and solve the problems.

Must have excellent sales and incite calls skills.

Having experience in Franchisee sales.

Knowing multiple sales tactics will be the biggest advantage.

Never say die attitude filled with positivity.

Self-motivated with high on energy levels.

Handling incite calls and cold calling.

Franchise Revenue Generation.

Ensure timely collection of payments from franchises.

Support and participate in business development activities including tie-ups with Franchisee.

Support and guide franchisee on the on-boarding process.

Induction of franchisee as per process.

Responsible for development and management of franchisee centers.
