Job Description

For the post of Branch Development Manager:

The JD for the BDM’s are as follows:

• Building and maintaining relationship with RM’s, staff of RM’s, BM’s and Branch staff

• Helping the RM’s to review the card performance for his regions

• Visiting branches on daily basis in discussion with RM’s to drive sales volume

• Working closely with the sales team (BRE, BRM and UM) to drive the business volumes from the Branches

• Arranging training of the Branches on products and polices of SBI cards

• Resolve/coordinate the customer/Branch staff complaints/queries from the Branches/ RM/ RM staff

• Providing the daily MIS to the Branches and RM’s and also work on the R&R for them

Experience:-

1. Sales experience of candidates with min of 3 year. Preferably from financial institutes.

2. FMCG/Telecom can also be preferred.

3. Good communication skills for training the associate branches and team handling skills and who could able to do bulk sourcing activities in the region.

4. Should be flexible to travel throughout the Region(RBO).

5. Candidate should be based out from the same Region(town).

Qualification

• Graduate and above or MBA

• Good communication skills

• Relationship management skills

• Salary:- 17k to 24K NTH.
