Job Description

To develop from start to finish a dairy based new coffee product from testing ingredients to proportions to maintaining quality control

Establishing consistent parameters in product creation

To overlook the creation of a small factory to develop this product

To train staff to ensure high quality standards are met consistently

Knowledge of the statutory requirements in food is a must.

Should have good inter personnel skills to liaise with the Government bodies to get compliance for new products

Need to have knowledge of the market requirement and consumer pretenses

should have good contact with scientific community at times need to interact with the research labs for new ideas and solutions which can be incorporated to improve existing products.

Working Days : 5 Days a Week (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
