invite application for the posts of FLC located at VETTIKAVALA, Kerala, as given below, on contract basis.

Qualification : i) Graduate/ Post Graduate degree from a UGC recognized University. In the absence of prescribed educational qualifications, Banking Experience can be taken in to consideration for appointment.

Experience : i) Candidate should be a retired Banker. ii) Should be resident of the some or nearby locality in some district. iii) Should be well conversant with the local language. iv) Should possess sound knowledge on Bonking, Low and Finance wiih excellent communication and team building skills. v) Should have on unblemished service record and should be a person of high integrity and should possess satisfactory service certificate from the previous employer. vi) Should have good computer knowledge, In MS Office Package and should be able to browse internal for knowledge updation. vii) Prior Experience: Preference can be given to Branch Mo nagers/Agricultural officers having worked in rural branches for of lease 2 Years. But in absence of prescribed qualifications, retired bank officer who have worked other than rural branch may also be considered.

Age limit : Less than 65 years with sound health.

Work Experience : Candidate must have worked as General Manager or equivalent in any Scheduled Commercial Bank (other than IOB) for at least two (02) years.Minimum five (05) years of work experience at Risk Management Department in Scheduled Commercial Bank. Candidates should have work experience in various fields of Banking including that of Branches and Administrative offices. Exposure to analytics would be an added advantage.
