Exp. 12+ Yrs. in bancassurance sales (5+ yrs. in managing HNI clients and 6+ yrs. in on-roll team handling) from life insurance industry only
CTC: Up to 22 LPA
Qua: MBA/PG in Marketing from a reputed institute

Job Responsibilities:
Undertake strategic planning on achieving sales targets for the channel/zone.
Develop sales targets for the cluster within the zone.
Ensure monitoring and analysis of performance.
Provide inputs for product improvements, new product launches and improvement in sales processes.
Manage & enhance relationship with the Zonal Managers of the partner banks.
Ensure achievement of sales targets for the zone.
Effectively manage overheads and thus ensure reduction in of cost of operations for the zone.
Ensure company provides superior sales experience to its customers in the channel/zone.
Take responsibility for development of team members and planning for succession; acting as a mentor and coach and taking follow up action to ensure employee satisfaction and motivation.
