Purpose of role

The role would demand sales of Equity products to customers

Key Responsibilities

Acquire new clients for Demat & Trading accounts through networking, data base and references.

End to end customer relationship management.

Meet Non-Trading Customers and activate them.

Sell online accounts to customers and encourage them to trade online.

Have a customer centric approach and ensure that they are serviced well.

Qualification, Experience & Desired Skills

Graduate/PG graduate with 1 to 3 years of sales experience from BFSI/NBFC background

A thorough understanding of financial markets, their behavior, movements and expectations with respect to market.

Good understanding of financial products and present the same to customers.

To trade on behalf of the clients and new client acquisition (both Retail and HNI)
Products
Equity – Demat and Trading Accounts with minimum 10k of margin from each client and cross sell Mutual Funds & Insurance
Key Responsibilities
Execute trades on live terminal and collect cheques from clients.
Educate clients to move on to self trade on line.
Acquire new clients through references and other sources
Know market sentiment via research, valuation and data analysis
Monitor BSE/NSE and other international market performance
Provide key clients daily information related to trading and market movements
Qualification, Experience & Desired Skills
Any Graduate/PG Graduate with 1 to 5years of relevant experience of handling terminal and NISM certification
A thorough understanding of financial markets, their behavior, movements and expectations with respect to market.
Good understanding of financial products and presentation of those to customers.
Excellent customer relationship management.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with clarity of thought, speech and expression.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Good Analytical Skills.
