Ensuring timely preparation of financial statements and annual reports.Liaising with auditors and completion of Quarterly Review and Statutory Audit in time.Monthly MIS Preparation and various presentations to top Management.Product wise cost and variance analysis with Standard Cost.Expansion Project feasibility & evaluation study and advising the management the viability of the project. Ensuring the proper accounting of asset and maintaining a systematic location wise Asset Register.Preparation of Annual Operating Plan/Budget, forecasting and periodically monitoring the actuals Vs Budget. Providing the management details regarding deviations with respect to Budget/forecast if any with variance analysis.Installing/maintaining reliable and efficient internal control and influences business ethics Maintaining a high degree of innovation and creativity within the controlling organization in terms of process & reporting improvements.
