Statutory & Tax Compliance: Compliances for direct (TDS), indirect tax (GST),
secretarial and other legal requirements. Filing statutory tax reports and oversee
local audit as needed.
Budgeting & Internal Controls: Ensuring effective internal controls and preparation
and analysis of budgets.
MIS & Management Reports: Prepare management reports, MIS, cash flow
statements for management and stakeholder review.
