The Financial controller (FC) will be responsible to oversee the day to day financial activities
including: preparation of month end accounts, VAT Returns, Bank and Balance sheet
reconicaltion, accruals and prepayments, audits and year end statutory accounts.
FC will be responsible for setting and checking targets, monitoring the performance of finance
team within the business in line with their set budgets and making sure everything runs
smoothly. FC will ensure the companies finance function is organized, efficient and produce
accurate financial and management accounts.
FC will Report to Managing Director.

Responsibilities and Duties
To Oversee Revenue expenditure, cells procurement
Oversee smooth and efficient running of the Financial Department
Ensure Compliance with statutory authority and audit requirements.
Maintain integrity of accounting system (software), ensuring it remains effective and operational at all times.
Take remedial action or refer to relevant personnel as Appropriate when inconsistencies arise.
Update Chart of Accounts to reflect account Management activities, monthly.
Collect relevant data and information for use by insurance broker.
Update and Maintain Job Costing Statistics for all Positions.
Ensure effective management, Monitoring and tracking of directors properties and other Business entities.
Ensure monthly reconciliation of all ledgers and sub ledgers.
Analyze business performance, results, providing feedback to senior management.
Track and monitor revenue for accuracy, verifying it against sub ledger report on a monthly basis.
