Job Description

Installation and configuration of Software.

Providing training to Customer.

Trouble shooting of all types software applications problems.

Maintain the daily track on the visits and prioritize the complaints based on the supervisor instruction.

Met 100% quality adherence on the installation and activation.

Integrate technical knowledge and business understanding to create solutions for customer.

Create and deliver Value Based Delivery (VBD) account plans for assigned accounts.

Lead Customer Expectation management as part of escalation process.

Software installations and troubleshooting of all types of customer oriented field problem in application

Communicate and interact with the other team members or colleagues to ensure

coordination and cross-training.

Good knowledge of computer software / hardware / Win OS.

Should ready to provide support in the location - Ahmedabad, Baroda, Suarat, Ankleshwar, Rajkot & if required all over Gujarat.

Adjustable with Travelling.
