Ridlr - An OLA acquired company, We are an IT product based company and our Flagship product Ridlr is a Transit App, providing E ticketing services to Metro, BEST and NMMT transport utilities.

What started as a simple idea of providing live traffic information in Mumbai, evolved and expanded to improving experience across all forms of commute. Currently working on developing an integrated transport solution for the Indian cities. The solution spans the entire life cycle of the commuter right from looking up information to enjoying a comfortable ride, all this across various modes of transport.

Title - Consultant Metro Service Engineer

The Selected candidate will be required to work at Metro Stations. ( Versova to Ghatkopar Metro Line).

We are looking for MALE Engineer candidates who will be willing to work at the Metro Stations and flexible working in the night shifts as and when required.

Responsibilities and Duties :

The Selected candidate :

1) Will be responsible to understand the problem with the ETIM devices / Metro devices.

2) Solder them if required and get them in working condition.

3) Resolve WIFI related issues as per training.

4) Visit different Metro Stations as per schedule given to him.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :

The candidate must be :

1) Engineer Graduate / Diploma ( Electronics / Electronics and Telecommunication ).

2) Should have done Projects related to Soldering.

3) Have an understanding of Circuit, Voltage , Multimeter and hardware components etc.

4) Good understanding of the hardware components.

5) Good knowledge on the Linux and Windows Operating System.

6) Knowledge of Raspberry pi will be an added advantage.

The selected candidate will work on following :
Customer Support Role :
1. Answering calls & Emails politely and professionally to provide information about services and products.
2. Handling employee issues, staffing, managing client schedules, managing workflow, shedding light on departmental policy.
3. Always perform timely performance evaluations and initiate appropriate action if needed
4. Assisting in sales or getting hold of potential customers by answering product and service questions; pitch any new product or service the company may be providing.
5. Help in Opening customer accounts by recording or pulling out account information and also maintaining customer records by updating account information.
6. Letting the customer know the cause of the problem and resolving the same with adequate information and help by choosing the best solution to solve a problem; rectifying, adjusting and also following up to ensure proper resolution.
7. Analysing customer needs and recommending products based on those needs.
Social Media Platform :
1. Help develop, implement and manage social media strategy
2. Interact with consumers in real time on various social media platforms
3. Responsible for developing content across owned and earned social channels which include blog posts, tweets, status updates, pins, photos and videos.
4. Work on various social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Blogs etc.
CTC : depending on the experience
Shifts : Rotational 7.00 a.m to 4.00 p.m & 2.00 p.m to 11.00
