Profile : Field Sales Officer

Job Description

In the capacity of Individual Contributor should execute to company’s Sales plan .

Responsible for achieving Monthly & Quarterly goals (Revenue; ASP & Market Share) within a Designated Territory.

Growing company business in by Acquiring New customers/merchants & Markets by leveraging on available infra to maximize the revenue and opportunities within the territory.

Ensuring right quality of Customers (Offline Merchants) are acquired & quality is ensured in their on boarding, training & management across the assigned area.

Handling Customer / Partners queries and giving them Solutions.

As a co-contributing Team player ensuring that effective contribution is made to Group Objectives.

Keeping Management updated with timely reports to illustrate progress being made against targets.

Qualifications :

10TH + 12TH Can also apply

Graduate/Post Graduate/Professional Degree

Knowledge of Computer / Smartphone Usage

Should have a Two-Wheeler, Android Smart Phone

Public Speaking/ Group training confidence is desired

Experience :

Minimum 1-3 Year in direct sales / field sales

Salary package up to 15K - 25K CTC + incentive + conveyance

Preferred industry E-Commerce

Salary: ₹15,000.00 to ₹25,000.00 /month
