Job Description

We have an exciting role for highly motivated & target focussed individuals. The role will have fantastic exposure to interface with all the major Doctors of Pune. He/She is expected to use his/her experience in the designated field to promote and sell software and hardware that will help doctors to perform their practice most efficiently. The executive will also increase product awareness, answer queries, provide advice and introduce new products as & when they are launched.

Duties & Responsibilities

Organize contact data of doctors in the specific market area of Pune and plan visits in a highly efficient and effective manner.

Reach out to the Hospitals and Doctors in person and explain the product and unique solutions that the organization offers using the sales aids.

Confidently demonstrate all the features and unique offerings and answer the queries from Hospitals and Doctors in the most appropriate manner.

Explain the pricing plans and fix up the suitable one for the Hospital or a Doctor within the predefined pricing policy of the organization.

Ensure that product is installed at the Hospital or Doctors clinic within 24 hours of the acceptance.

Explain and Sign up MOU at the installation stage itself.

Constantly be in contact with the Doctor and ensure that usage is seamless for him on a continuous basis. Also keep a constant eye on the number of prescriptions and transaction value and record the same on a daily basis.

Constantly promote the usage by explaining to the Doctor the financial benefits he/she can achieve out of the contests that the organization declares from time to time.

Achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly targets.

Appropriately fill in the MIS formats and report to the manager on a daily basis on the achievements at the marketplace.
