Job Description

1. Will devise Sales strategy independentely or in coordination with his manager to meet the volume objective for .

2. Review the Market scenario and plan and recommend key initiatives for his state to his line manager .

3. Develop a detailed coverage and manpower plan with a view to optimise volumes against manpower cost and recommend to his line manager .

4. Develop the channel of Distribution and monitor C&FAs and Distributor working in his zone.

5. Feedback on daily edible oil pricing .

6. Monitor quality and packaging at the C&FAs, Distributor and Retail level

7. Establish and implement field controls.

8. Training of ASEs , Sales Officers, TSRs

9. Conducting monthly meeting with ASEs and Sales Officer

10. Handling brokers channel

11. Monthly Reporting to line manager

Accountable for Primary & Secondary Sales.

*Hardcore Retails sale

*New retail outlet addition to increase sales.

*Distributor Handling and the issues with regards to their claim.

*Management of the Secondary Sales Force in terms of Training, performance evaluation, coordination and communication between them and the distributor.

*Coordinating Brand Promotion Events.

*Developing dealer and distributor network.

*Widening the targeted Market.

*Preparing Sales Report.

*Vendor Management.

*Managing Inventory.

*Ensure maintenance of displays and equipment of Pepsi-Cola Company standards.

*Monitoring competitor's activity, tracking daily sales and monitoring the effectiveness of secondary schemes.

*Facilitate timely and quality feedback for all activities as per guidelines.
