Job Description

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our company. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products, as well as developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase market share and customer base. You will identify and target potential customers, achieve sales targets, and expand market reach.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Activities:

Identify and approach potential customers.

Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Process orders and ensure timely delivery of products.

Achieve and exceed sales targets.

Marketing Activities:

Develop and execute marketing plans to promote our agricultural products.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Gather feedback from customers to improve our products and services.

Administrative Tasks:

Maintain sales records and prepare sales reports.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team to ensure stock availability.

Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales and marketing,

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic knowledge of agricultural products and practices is a plus.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and social media platforms
