Xpheno, the name, is short for extended phenotype. This is derived from the concept of genes and their effect on the environment. Genes, besides being responsible for the physiology of an animal often extend their reach to the environment. Likening this concept to the world of human resource management is at once unusual, yet fitting. We believe that when placed in a role that best suits their abilities, people are able to influence large teams and companies. Thereby, having a huge, positive impact on the eco-system and very often on the way we live.
