Female Telecaller Executive for a Stock Broking company in PUNE

Position- Female Telecaller Executive

Qualification : Any Graduate

Exp: 1-3 years [Freshers can apply]

Responsibilities:

Calling for the data provided.

Fix meetings with the clients & RM

Accompany RM for client meetings if required

We are franchise of leading stock broking company.

Job involves answer the customers calls in response to our advertisement, maintain the customers database, provide information to customers on our various products like PMS, mutual funds, demat and trading account etc,

Maintain the stock trading datasheet and maintain filing in office. Communicate with customers and open demat account online, fulfill the documents requirements from customers, guide customers to download and use of mobile trading app, web based application and stock trading terminal etc.

Opportunity will be provided to get involved in sales & marketing, equity dealing, commodity dealing.

Appropriate on job training and professional training will be provided for career growth.
