Job Description

Roles and Responsibility:

Handling the Telephonic & walk-in candidate who comes for an enquiry.

To share the admission process with prospective candidates over phone and emails

Giving information about the courses running by the institute and responsible for maximum enrolments.

Plan and Execute promotional activities to increase the footfalls for admissions.

Keep a track record of the appointments of prospective students.

Arrange student orientation with the concerned curriculum and/ or authorities

Maintain record of students data, registration and admissions

Collaborate with the concerned coordinators to organize presentations, information sessions etc.

Preparing MIS on the phone calls, emails and walk-ins to conversions; Admission v/s budgets etc.

Maintaining a record on the follow ups / walk-ins received and sharing with the management & marketing team

Maintain all Institute related required information to be shared with prospective students and/ or parents as one point of contact

To be updated with all activities / events for sharing of the same with prospective students

To maintain records / leads generated from advertisement responses

To facilitate the withdrawal process

Ensure timely notices / circulars related to admissions and course start dates are sent to all students

Planning various marketing activities to obtain visibility for the Institute

Establish contact with industries / MNCs in the region to gain visibility for the institute and reach out to prospective students
