- Development of New Design/idea/concept using our creativity and various design tools.

- Developing and Monitoring the Work Flow of the Team Members

- Leading the team and ensuring that the assigned Tasks are accomplished with the time line.

- Daily Over and follow up of Design Flow.

- Individually checking all designs made in India prior to these being sent to the Overseas office for checking and uploading.

- Actively involved in the daily work with the Designers.

- Experience in working with various embellishment techniques, multiple printing techniques

- Master in Hand Sketching, Embroideries, Logo, Packaging and Label Design

- Washing and Finishing Effects, Handwork including beadwork and patch working.
