as the Head of Farm House Staff, You Will Need to Coordinate Livestock Feeding; Ordering Foodstuffs for All, Clearing Supplies and Keeps Record of Expenditures.

the Ability to Encourage and Motivate Staff. Planning and Organization Skills. the Ability to Cope with Problems and Emergencies, and Make Effective Decisions. Numerical Ability. Work Experience as a Farm-supervisor or Similar Role and a Minimum of a High School Education.
