Opening the factory, attendance up keeping , Segregation & Allocation

Of work to workers, (Mostly From North Indian Migrant resident workers), Productivity Checking , Quality Checking, & Stock Book Maintaining, Scrap Collecting & Storing, Machinery Break-down attending & Co-ordinates with the mechanics, spare parts purchasing, log Book maintaining , neat and tidy up keeping of factory Building, & all other relevant despatches follow up, Scheduling of work to workers and closing the factory. Individual reporting to the partners.
