Job Description

Maintain CMD/MD's agenda; scheduling; record meeting minutes; screen calls; Handle correspondence & documents ; make travel arrangements; Monitor office supplies & manage vendors ; prepare presentations/reports;

Experience in national and international travel arrangements including visa arrangement, airline booking and hotels and car bookings, CMD's personal house keeping management.

Correspondence management and coordination emails and mailers both Track Billing cycles and coordination with accounts for all bill payments and record management Self-motivated and eager to work under the guidance of the CMD and should be comfortable with Internet research and net surfing and technology friendly as well Establish work procedures and schedules, and keep track of the daily work of staff.

Checking and filing of documents along with part of internal admin and HR such as recruitment & documents filing inter- departmental Business Coordination
