Job Description

-responsible for Sourcing Candidates Through Networking, Internet Postings, University Relations, Etc., with the Right Skills to Match the Us Clients' Requirements

-implement Innovative Means to Find a Qualified Candidate from Diverse Candidate Pools. the Individual is Expected to Evaluate Candidate with Hot Job Requirements

-utilize Internal Tools and Market Knowledge to Source Candidates Across a Variety of It Platforms and Build Pipelines.

-engage with Passive Candidates Using the Internet and Phone in Order to Submit Qualified Candidates in a Timely Manner

-manage Candidate Processes and Act as a Candidate Advocate

-compile and Update Reports for Candidates

-self-motivated, Productive While Unsupervised

required Qualifications and Experience:

-must Be a Results Oriented Self-starter with Ability to Meet Deadlines

-must Be Willing to Work in Night Shifts (pst Timings Preferred)

-should have Understanding of Us Staffing Hiring Process (for Contract & Full-time Positions) and Tax Terms (w2, 1099, Corp2corp)

-must have 2 Years + Talent Acquisition / Recruiting Experience in the Us It Staffing Environment Working with Either Consulting or Permanent Openings

-3 Year Degree

-must Possess Excellent Social Media, Communication and Interpersonal Skills with Attention to Detail

-excellent Communicator, Both Written and Verbal Skilled Telephone Presence
