Job Description

1. Organising meetings with Vendors, Responsible for Vendor Registration and Payment release.

2. Overall administration and infrastructure responsibilities.

3. Preparing confidential documents including analysis of key data points and Assisting the team indeveloping Analysis reports and presentations for reviews.

4. Preparing Agenda, Minutes and Documentation for meetings; Organizing, planning, and coordinating logistics support for meetings, conferences, internal seminars, workshops, training etc.

5. Responsible for distribution of agenda, confirmation of participants, distribution of informational materials and/or other pre-meeting initiatives with attendees.

6. Administrative follow-up of matters incl. meetings files and post event evaluation for future reference.

7. Liaise with attendees on the summary minutes of meetings with special emphasis on resolutions, initiatives and/or special assignments resulting from the meeting.

8. On behalf of the Vice Chairman, follow up and monitor the progress on action items decided in the meetings and expediting their resolution.

9. Organizing all employee meets/ releasing important employee communications/ DepartmentalReviews/ Business Reviews.

10. Domestic/International travel and stay protocol for MD.
