Job Description

Executive Assistant to Director Job Description

Assists the Directors in reviewing and accurately analyzing business performance on regular basis.

Provides strategic inputs and analytical support by constantly monitoring business performance, through periodic MIS and weekly calls with the Leadership team.

Drafts strategic reports and prepares presentations for top management review

Business Performance Management.

Take dictation and minutes of meetings, and distribute and follow up with to-do items as needed.

Delegate tasks as appropriate to other members of the team (IT, HR, Finance, etc).

Prepares and maintains critical dashboards for management review by effectively collecting data from all stakeholders and publishing the same periodically.

Assists Directors in setting-up review meetings, records minutes, follows-up and tracks pending actions from attendees.

Partners effectively with the finance team to accurately report business numbers.

Drives initiatives and projects on behalf of the Directors office, and regularly updates the progress to the Directors.

Ensures customer/client queries and escalations are seamlessly resolved by routing them to the respective teams.

Organizing and maintaining all files, records, and data pertaining to Director office.

Updating Directors daily/weekly/monthly meeting schedule and informing all concern person.

Preparing and updating Directors travel itinerary, booking tickets, hotels and arranging local travel as &when required.

Ensuring timely payment related to Director and his office.

Maintaining Director Cheque book, card payment and other payment details and ensuring timely payments of the same.

Collecting, maintaining and checking various reports, records, data, files etc. from all departments.

Handle requests, feedback and queries quickly and professionally.

Produce professional quality reports, presentations and briefs, produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting,
