Job Brief
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company's senior managers. The responsibilities include managing calendars, taking business calls, making travel arrangements and occasionally accompanying senior executives on visits. To be successful in this role, you need to be highly organised, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will be contributing to the efficiency of our business by providing personalised and timely support to the executive members.
Responsibilities
Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Manage executives calendars and set up meetings
Make travel and accommodation arrangements
Occasionally accompany executives on their travels
Greeting visitors and deciding if they should be able to meet with executives
Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reports
Take minutes during meetings
Organize and maintain the office filing system
Provide general administrative support
Requirements
Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (. e-calendars and copy machines)
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Hindi
Discretion and confidentiality
Any Bachelor degree (preferably with financial knowledge)
