The ideal candidate will provide assistant to Company's Director and should be well-organized.

Responsibilities:

-Research work and briefing the Directors

-Liaising with various departments on behalf of the Directors.

-Creating and editing documents

-Setting up calls and meetings

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

-Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

-Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics

-Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills

-Good written and verbal communication skills
