- Vendor payments.
- Purchasing material office as well as pantry.
- All records (Vendor, Purchasing, and Petty cash distribution related)
- Receiving reception calls from domestic and international.
- Provide a friendly and enthusiastic welcome to new joiner.
- All bookings for Taxi, Cab, Tickets and Courier related activities.
- All attendance records of manpower and Staffs on daily basis.
- All stationary material record and receiving, Issuing and shortages.
- Taking care the appointments for new Interview and there timings with HR and related department.
