Job Summary

We are looking for candidates having a strong hold in events- business meets, expos, trade fairs, hotel meetings/conferences and other such events.

He/she should be willing to establish and maintain long-term corporate relationships through proper panning, participation and execution of various events.

Responsibilities and Duties

Initiating and building corporate relationships through phone, marketing emails and in person

Co-coordinating & Meeting with various organizers for information on upcoming and ongoing events starting from planning & preparation to end of the such events

Maintaining a database of potential business client's contact numbers and emails along with updated remarks

Adding Innovative Ideas according to clients requirements

Work in co-ordination with other Teams

Skills and Qualifications

Good communication and Relationship management skills

Industry knowledge and Handling Event Clients experience

Written & spoken proficiency in English & Hindi

Proficiency in MS Office with good knowledge of presentations delivery

Work in co-ordination with other Teams Good business acumen is required for this role, as is the ability to develop event ideas and activities which are on-trend/suitable for various markets identified

Educational Qualifications and Experience

Minimum graduation from a reputed institute(required)

Preference will be given to candidates from the arts/mass communications/ journalism background
