Experience in Front and/or Middle Office

Total experience 10+years, of which at least 5+ years should be hands-on BA experience

Any commodity, multi-commodity experience preferred

Try for BE+MBA but for very good profiles client can look at BE/BTech/MCA profiles also.

Location Pune (2nd preference Bangalore)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- Proven ability to act as a bridge between the business and development team located in other offices, translating business

concepts into requirements that are implementable

- Expected to have 9+ years experience of business analysis in a commercial environment

Extensive knowledge and experience in some or all of the following areas:

- Physical trade valuation (preferably metals and energy trading)

- Position management including hedging (commodities, FX and rates)

- Profit & loss including mark-to-market of physical business

- End-to-end commodity trade lifecycle

- Demonstrate the ability to drive business process changes and challenge current business practices

- Experience of a variety of software development methodologies (e.g. waterfall, continuous integration, iterative development)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong academic background excellent degree from a top tier university(MBA must)

- 'Front Office' exp in ETRM is a must.
