Job Description

We're looking for a full time Client Service Management Specialist in our diverse office. Must have fluency in English Language. (English Medium schooling preferable). Salary is up to 2 lakhs per year.

Address all customer requests and queries within established time frames and service levels, via. Emails.

Take follow up action in respect of customer queries, requests and complaints and ensure effective closure.
