Duties & Responsibilities
Handling counselling via multiple channels including telephone calls, chats, emails and social media.
In addition, assist in the conversion process of leads generated from different sources, to prospective admission seekers for the courses offered by NMIMS.
Provide comprehensive counselling to the prospect.
Assisting candidates to fill up the online admission form.
Working with telephony and CRM systems.
Maintaining MIS of all student queries and status update of action taken thereon.
Log calls and raise tickets and follow up / coordinate with various departments for closing the tickets.
Any other work / responsibility as assigned by the Management from time to time
Skills & Abilities Required:
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
Ability to speak clearly and articulately.
Active listening.
Negotiation Skills
Ability to manage complaint calls with a calm disposition
Time management
Some amount of knowledge of call center systems such as telephony systems, CRM Databases, Excel and computer.
Willingness to understand all the products and services offered by the organization.
Ability to multi-tasking.
Adaptability and willingness to learn and improve in all aspect
