3. Job Description:

understanding the Requirement of Company Leadership and Transforming It Into An Executable Implementation Plan.

the Candidate Will Oversee the Operational Aspects of the Development Management Consultancy (dmc) Vertical Within the Company and Will Be Responsible for Dmc P&l. He Will Look Into Aspects of Real Estate Liaison, Approvals, Project Management, Costing, Scheduling, Etc. and is Expected to have An In-depth Understanding of the Above Points. He Will also Look After the Legal Documentation, Processes, Jargon, Etc. in Relation to Real Estate Transactions such as Land Purchase, Sale Agreement and is Expected to have a Hands-on Understanding of These Processes. He Should have An Understanding of Construction Cost Estimation, Deriving the Boq, Working Out the Cost and General Understanding of the Cost of Construction of Residential Commercial Buildings Geography-wise and also Design Wise. Experience in Pan India Projects, Working On Projects in Ncr, Mmr, Will Be Preferable.

4. Age Criteria: Max 33 Age.

5. Qualification Required: Graduate Engineer and Mba, Civil Engineering Preferable, (tier I/ii Institute).

6. Experience: 3-6 Years Experience in Real Estate Pmc/dmc. However Civil Engineering is Not Compulsory. Persons from Leading Organizations in Pmc /dmc Shall Be Given Preference. Experience in the Real Estate and Construction Sector is a Must.
