Job Description

Meeting and coordination with Area Sales Manager

· Set target monthly/weekly for SA

· Prepare monthly working plan for SA

· Setting target monthly for himself

· Prepare weekly working plan for himself

· Visit POS daily

· Follow up daily report from DMS system

· Control borrow MRC over POS/SA

· Check SA's working time, performance, sales skill

· Coach SA

· Train, Coach SA (ALDI CD)

· Import day-off for all SA & collectors (timesheet)

· Report MISReport Top report

· Confirm the delivery of POSM, MKT materials, preprinted forms to POS/SA

· Receive & consolidate SMS from SA to report ASM

· Daily call to SA

· Morning meeting with SA

· Check & reply email

· Do the market research, report

· Open new POS

· Review the result of CLX result daily

· Update & analyze data in MIS

· Monitor, verify and consolidate the request of POSM at POSes

· Go to e-learning, learn and do required tests

· Check payment book 3 times per week of all controlled collectors

· Send visit reports to Collection Admin 3 times per week
