Job Description

Relevant Experience:

Experience: Must have 2 Years of experience in Skill Development programs like UPSDM or PMKVY or DDUGKY

Qualifications: Bachelor Degree

Skills and Abilities:

Strong communication skills.

Organizational skills, including an ability to work independently and take initiative.

Excellent computer skills (Email, MS Word, and Excel)

Reporting skills

Good Monitoring and Evaluation skills

Coordination Skills

Good analytical skills and attention to detail.

Flexible, highly motivated self-starter.

Fluency in written and spoken English, Hindi required

Job Description:

·Responsible for overall supervision of the project activities.

·Design and executes project work plans to meet the goals and objective of the project.


·Ensure good coordination with all stakeholders, District, and state Government office

Sharing of communication checklist with the staff and follow-ups for ensuring its implementation in the field activities.

Responsible for planning, program design, and to ensure its proper implementation at the field level.

Monitoring visits to the field and to provide technical support to field staff.

To develop linkages with other key players working in the field.

Submission of weekly, monthly and quarterly report to Head Office.

Handling MIS software and report generating
