Job Description

To see timely dispatch of all sales orders before dispatch date.

Make arrangements for transportation.

To see that material should be packed in a proper way.

Soft copy of the invoice, packing list, etc. should be shared with the client before dispatch for their approval.

All necessary documents should receive from a client before dispatch like excise exemption certificate, waybill, CT-1, CT-2, etc.

Take written confirmation from the customer for material received on time and in good condition.

Prepare documents against LC and send them to the accounts department within time.

All sales invoices with support should send to the accounts department on daily basis.

To make sure that all relevant document like TC, Invoice, Challan has been dispatched along with the material.

After dispatch send POD no. and other relevant details to customer.

Check the pending sales order into ERP software & find out the reason for delaying the order.

All excise-related work including excise documentation, audit handling, monthly return, etc.

All export-related work including liaison with transporter/clients, preparation of documents, etc.

Communication: Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
