JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to help us in our online marketing efforts. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be involved in assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of the company's marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You must be hands-on with the concepts related to digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to achieving growth in terms of more business and more revenue. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to strengthen our marketing campaign.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.

Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)

Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website.

Collaborate with designers to improve user experience.

Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.

Prepare online newsletters and promotional Blogs and organize their distribution through various channels.

Be active on all social media platforms with the latest trends to stand out in RPO Market.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Must have 6+ months of proven experience with Social Media Marketing.

Understanding/experience with the Outsourcing industry.

Experience with content/blog/article writing is highly preferred.

Experience in designing content using basic photo editing tools.

Working knowledge of SEO
