Job Description:
· Works as a direct contact with the client of the employer organization.
· Attend meetings with the clients and understand their needs.
· Establish and cultivate relationships with a companys clients.
· Meet client needs so customers are satisfied, resulting in profits for the company. Also, clients should experience the greatest benefits from a companys services.
· Respond to client inquiries and find solutions to client issues.
· Develop sales proposals and collaborate with a companys multiple internal departments like business development, graphic designers and web designer to help improve the quality of products.
· Work with other account managers at a company to create a consistent client message.
Skills:
· Must have strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
· Should have solid verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to manage time, projects and sales efficiently and be detail oriented.
· Proficient in strategic planning and have a strong understanding of a companys services so they can explain clients and answer questions in both group and one-on-one situations.
· Strong judgment and decision-making skills. In addition, they should have strong leadership skills, be self-directed and be able to multitask.
· Proficient with computers and software spreadsheet programs.
