Job Description

• Understand Clients need and requirement, give brief details about the Project in a good presentable manner.

• Generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within the territory.

•Achieving sales target set by the organization.

•Managing the Portfolio of clients. Servicing & advising clients.

•Maintaining relationship with existing clients as well as developing new business.

•Understanding the risk and return objectives of the client.

•Handling queries of clients and give them best service.

• Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base through various corporate activities.

• Developing sales strategies and action plans

• Providing knowledge to clients about the market conditions and the strategies to be followed.

•Achieve sales targets, develop new sales channels, create and follow up sales leads.

•Study real estate and construction industry & market trends.

•Setting up marketing standards and process.

•Keeping track on Residential Market (1st Sale, Resale and Leave & license)
