Job Description

State Bank of India invites Online application from Indian citizen for appointment to the following Specialist Cadre Officers posts.

Educational Qualifications : MBA/PGDM/PGDBM/ or Equivalent Degree (The course should be of 2 years full time duration. Courses completed through correspondence / part-time are not eligible. The institute should be recognised/ approved by Govt., Govt. bodies/ AICTE Minimum 60% marks in MBA/PGDM/PGDBM.

Post Qualification Experience : 1. Essential Experience:- Minimum 3 Years post qualification experience as on 01.12.2018 as an executive in Supervisory / Management role in Govt. bodies, PSU, Corporates. 2. Preferred Experience :- Preference will be given to those having experience in formulating the accounting process relating to procurement, receipts of goods and services procured through GeM and subsequent payment to the sellers.

Job Profile and KrAS : Job Profile in brief:- 1. Responsible for identify the common use goods and products which are procured by the Bank on a routine basis and migrate their procurement to GeM platform. 2. Preparing the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for implementation of GeM procurement across the Bank. 3. Responsible for provide training and arrange for Knowledge transfer of GeM functioning to all the end user depa rtments in all Circles. 4. Responsible for Co-ordinate with all the stake holders including GeM, GBU, GITC, Premises & Estate Department, SBI Infra Management Services P. Ltd., Zonal Offices, RBOs, etc. for smooth implementation of GeM platform in the Bank. 5. Responsible for MIS reporting on GeM procurement to Management. 6. Hand holding of the operating staff during the role out of GeM platform in the Bank and ensuring smooth operation. 7. Formulating the accounting process related to procurement, receipts of goods and services procured through GeM and subsequent payment to the sellers.

Age Limit : 27-35 years (age as on 01.12.2018).

About State Bank of India

Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Preferred: CISA
Post Qualification Experience as on 01.12.2017 : Minimum 2 years experience in statutory/internal/ Concurrent Audit of Banks, in/with a Chartered Accountant firm engaged in statutory/internal/ Concurrent Audit of Banks or in employment of a Bank. Experience Certificate issued by the firms for employees working in CA firms/Copy of the engagement letter from Banks for others, would be required.
Specific Skills required: Working Knowledge in MS office.
Age as on 30.06.2017 : Min. 21 year & Max. 35 year
