Delivery Supervisor (Position: 01 / Full time)

Hours: Monday - Saturday, 9am - until finished

Work with a fleet of ~5-10 delivery boys(to start with) ensuring insurance, inspections and all regulations are always up to date

Follow up on drivers routes throughout the day ensuring all deliveries and vendor pickups will be made

Ensure all drivers are properly using their Mobile GPS devices properly

Check-in driver delivery folders/invoices when they return from their routes or at the end of the shift.

All other tasks assigned by operations manager

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years in the field

Experience as a delivery supervisor routing riders/drivers within the city-state area Hyderabad

Experience in a Unionized environment with strong follow up and disciplinary skills

Multi-lingual (Telugu, Hindi, and English)- Required

Ability to work 12-18 hour shifts, Monday-Saturday

Ability to multitask and serve as the liaison between drivers and the sales team

Should have a 3G Smartphone
