Job Description

A Dealer Development Manager Will Be Responsible For Ongoing Development Of CompanyS Dealers Network. And Acts As A Business Consultant To Support Their Day To Day Business Activities And To Ensure That The Company Gets The Maximum Conversion On The Total Sales Of The Dealerships.

-Creating New Dealers And Handling The Existing Dealers.

-Creating New Dealer Accounts Pan India To Grow Our Existing Dealership Network And Service Them.

-Implementation Variety Of Sales Strategies, Tactics And Training To Create A Level Of Support And Service That Meet Or Exceed The Needs Of The Dealer And His End Customer.

-Handling The Sales Representative Team.

-Analyzing & Planning The Dealership Acquisition Process.

-Driving Successful Business Through Strategic Partnerships

-Represent And Share The Details And Successes Of Our Company With Potential Partners.

- Analyzing Territory Potential And Plan Primary & Secondary Network Expansion.

-Quality Up Gradation Of Existing Dealers / Network.

-Co-Ordinate With Corporate And Internal Customers For Dealer Expansion.

-Leads Regular Reviews And Updates The Status Of The Sales At Various Touch Points.

-Hire, Train And Nurture A Team Of Sales Representatives To Be Planted At The DealerS Place To Increase Maximum Business Share.
