Back office work related to life insurance, general insurance & mutual funds.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Reminder calls, message and mail to clients (life & general insurance)

2. Servicing work like change of address, change of bank details, etc (life, general & mutual funds)

3. New proposal/ investment forms to be filled

4. Mail/ letter drafting for requirements, etc

5. Claim filing and paperwork (life & general insurance)

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

1. Experience in the field of either life insurance, general insurance or mutual funds. (Optional)

2. English speaking and writing

3. Long term job commitment

4. Microsoft word and excel


1. Healthy and comfortable working environment

Give the regular state of business or entries which are completed
Maintain the complete documentation of the job
Asking further data for documents
Entering data and records into detailed files
