Job Description

- Builds and maintain business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer loyalty.

- Build positive and productive relationships with clients for business growth.

- Provide client support and handle client communications effectively.

- Ensure that client requests are handled timely and accurately.

- Calling the client professionally regularly for the feedback of our service.

- Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call.

- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every client.

- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

- Communicate positively with all involved parties in order to facilitate customer's reception of the expected distinguished service.

- Impact the company's bottom line by problem solving and turning clients into repeat customer.

- Maintain high level of persistency and enhance customer retention through active relationship management.
