Primary skills in customer care and customer support from the previous experience.

WhatsApp, Hangout, JIRA, Email and Call inbound and outbound support for B2C.

Track and manage the requests, queries or issues from the students in Jira.

Flexible Shifts and Weekend Support.

Intercom and Leadsquared skills.

Proficiency in English and Hindi Speaking and Writing.
