Conducting audits of calls, emails, and chats of the customer services representatives (outbound US process) independently.

Giving constructive feedback to the agents for improving their soft skills & leads generation.

Creating/Improving scripts (voice, chat & email).

Reviewing agent performance.

Leads status follow-up.

Identifying the gap in customer services for quality improvement.
