• Plan, schedule, review and allocate work to resources there by make sure targets are met on a cost-effective basis.rn• Manage and grow customer support, tech support and train teams accordingly.rn• To maintain coordination and communication between support and business functions.rn• Improve the operational functions, policies and reporting in support of organization.rn• To ensure maintaining quality work environment. rn• Preparing test cases as per the customer requirements and addressing it to the Testing team.rn• Provide market and customer feedback. Share detailed analysis and replies of customer issues as a report to management. rn• Monitor support team activities (Inbound and Outbound calls, trouble shooting).rn• To ensure all sales support functions are managed.rn• Share daily, weekly, monthly updated reports of your team to managementrnrn• Communication and inter personnel skillsrn• Understanding of customer service practicesrn• knowing mediation and conflict resolution techniquesrn• Analyzing data and knowledge of call center tracing systems
