Job Description

A Customer support Executive / Associate in this role deals with a number of incoming calls pertaining to the clients business. The associate provides excellent customer service .

Minimum eligibility criteria to apply to this position:

o Age: 18 to 30 years of age

o Education :- 12th / Graduate / PG

Experience :- 0 - 1 year

CTC :- 14000 /- in hand 11800/-

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

Deals with incoming & outgoing customer calls with a friendly and positive manner and provides outstanding service to the customer throughout the duration of the call.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Should be able to speak English, Hindi & Marathi

Good communication skills

Polite and customer service oriented

Exhibits patience and empathy to resolve customer queries

PROCESS: Telecom Sector.
